Privacy Policy

How we process and protect the personal data of website visitors in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy sets out the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of users of the website https://mdsupply.by (hereinafter — the Website), the operator of which is Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «МД Сапплай», Tax ID (UNP) 194005274 (hereinafter — the Operator).

The Policy has been developed in accordance with the Republic of Belarus Personal Data Protection Law No. 99-Z of 7 May 2021 'On Personal Data Protection' and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Categories of Data Processed

The Operator processes personal data that the user voluntarily provides when completing forms on the Website:

  • name (and, where applicable, the name of the organisation);
  • contact details: telephone number and/or e-mail address;
  • the text of the enquiry and any other information provided by the user;
  • technical cookie and web-analytics data (anonymised).

3. Purposes of Processing

  • handling enquiries, applications and requests for commercial proposals;
  • communicating with the user, including call-back requests;
  • providing information about products, services and terms of cooperation;
  • improving the Website and analysing visitor statistics.

4. Legal Grounds and Consent

Personal data are processed on the basis of the data subject's consent, which is given when the user submits a form on the Website by ticking the relevant checkbox. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Operator using the details set out in Section 8.

5. Retention Period and Conditions

Personal data are retained no longer than is required for the purposes of processing, or until consent is withdrawn. Once the purposes of processing have been achieved or consent has been withdrawn, the data shall be deleted or anonymised.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Operator does not disclose personal data to third parties, except as required by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus or with the consent of the data subject. Data may be processed by authorised persons under conditions of confidentiality.
